Whiskey

A unique complex among the most important of its kind in the world, combining a bar, a restaurant and a Whiskey Museum.

The Whiskey Bar & Museum is a unique complex and one of the largest of its kind in the world, a combination of a restaurant, bar and a whiskey museum, which includes over 1,000 brands of whiskey from 13 different countries, from traditional Scottish and Irish whiskey to whiskey produced in Hong Kong and India. All the bottles presented at the museum, which have been carefully collected for over two years, may be tasted and most can be bought.

On the premises, you will find a modern kitchen offering a varied selection of dishes prepared from the finest raw materials, such as meats smoked on site, fresh vegetables and fish as well as exclusive desserts prepared in the restaurant, which include whiskey flavors and aromas.

The whiskey is served in 25-ml tasting doses in Glencairn glasses highlighting the aromas and flavors of the drink, and visitors of the Whiskey Bar & Museum will be able to find whiskey compatible for any budget, ranging from 9 NIS to 239 NIS per

dose. The Whiskey Bar & Museum offers its guests excellent value for money – everyone will be able to enjoy drinks, refined cuisine and the excellent atmosphere at reasonable prices.

Alongside the modern kitchen, all kinds of whiskies and cocktails, visitors of the Whiskey Bar & Museum will also be able to learn more about the different types of whiskey, thanks to the best experts working on the spot, to taste different brands of whiskeys from around the world and even to visit special tasting workshops in the dark where they can get an impression of the special flavors and aromas of whiskeys that will be served. The name of Whiskey Bar & -Museum says it all – a combination of a bar where guests can sit and enjoy a rich menu and drinks, and a museum where visitors can learn about the different types of whiskey and admire the huge selection of bottles presented on site.

Not only is the design of the Whiskey Bar & Museum, realized by Youval Eliahu, unique and spectacular, but it also has a rich history – the museum bar is located in the Templar Tunnel in Sarona, a place that in the 19th century, was home of a local wine cellar and later sheltered the Mossad, until a decade ago. All the bottles of whiskey in the museum are exposed on stone walls and produce a real sensation of being abroad, as befits the fifth largest museum of whiskey in the world and the first of its importance in Israel. The place offers a gallery floor in which various artists will perform, in accordance with the unique ambiance of the place. In addition, the Whiskey Bar & Museum has a reception area for up to 40-300 people, which can be booked for special private receptions including different workshops and courses on various whiskeys, whiskey-tasting from all over the world or simply in order to taste together an excellent whiskey and good food.
