Modern hospitality with the
Beit Shalom is located in an ancient courtyard – dating back over100 years – in the main street of the settlement of Metula, close to the entrance of the Ayun waterfalls nature reserve.
The estate combines up to date design with historical stone houses, which were some of the first homes to be built in the settlement.
Miriam and Haim Hod-Fine have meticulously restored the buildings into this artistically-crafted hotel – nestled in a garden of majestic willow trees – overlooking Mt. Hermon, the Hula Valley and the Ayun Stream.flavors and aromas of the past
Their conservation work has resulted in:
► 13 accommodation units for couples situated in the two original stone houses
consisting of 3 luxury suites; 2 boutique suites; and 8 boutique guest rooms. ► A chef restaurant, full of local atmosphere, serving authentic Galilean food The restaurant is proud of its rural roots, and the chef uses locally sourced products, with a high quality meat menu as well as vegetarian and vegan options. ► Spa and wellness centre We offer a wide range of spa treatments. ► Art gallery & conference room Art gallery hosting conferences, workshops and lectures.
